i have a nice pair of white pants with a nice sweater vest/collard shirt all in one that i would like to wear but dont know if its appropriate?
Dress pants and dress shirt? (only have long sleved)

Also a long skirt with heels and a nice blouse always works well...also u can get a great esigner suit at Lord and Taylor with the coupons in Newsday not too expensive....black pants work too!!!:)

see i have one its a skirt suit.. and at the time i was 18 when i bought it.. since then i got tattoos on my foot and ankle.. and i think its a bit unprofessional to have them showing so i want to wear pants.
also i like to show my personality and now just the reg. ol' boring black pants and white shirt i like to put color. but i dont know wht employers will think ya know

i woudl wear the dark pants... i think thats more professional then white pants...
in this heat i woudl wear a nice blouse or button down tucked in, with dark pants.. nice heels.

You shouldn't wear white to an interview, they say its a no no...here is a website that might help...

I agree. the white pants could show some panty lines you don't want showing at all! :)
dark pants is more professional. And I understand you want to show your personality, but I don't think you should do that on the first interview. a button down or a very conservative sweater is best I would think. think 'banana republic model'
