thanks ladies. my current job, which i tend to refrain from venting about on here, is taking an emotional toll on me that a job just shouldn't.

aside from the language barrier, half of our calls are in chinese, it's the attitude i get when i can't tell them who is calling b/c it's in chinese. [

also, they have some shady business practices and i just can't be a part of that...i am supposed to be writing a letter to refute a credit card claim...but i'm honestly not sure i believe my boss. i'm also not a mean, hard talker...so when i got asked to basically threaten another customer with a cancellation of the product, i realized that i HAVE to get out of here. that is NOT how i do business or handle things.
