I currently work in a daycare b/c it was so flexible with school and such but now..i want out! FH's parents have friends and the wife runs two houses for disabled adults and asked me if i'd want to work for her. I stil have to go for an interview ( which she's comming with me and will prob interview me b/c she's a superviser..lucky me right!) but she said she'd make sure i did a day program so i'd be m-f with weekends off and out by like 4pm ( the day services run 8-3) and id only be working at her houses since they have a bunch all over the island ( these 2 would be more local to me) PLUS the perks are amazing!!!! Sign on bonus, insurance, pension plan, life insurance, holiday/vacation/sick time, Ive never had that at a job before so i'm super excited! SOOOOO wish me luck that all goes well and i can put in my 2 weeks!

I work at a similar program and it's M-F 9-3:15. It's in Nassau though, not sure where you are.
