Introducing,,,,,
ME!! I've been lurking on these boards since about October (even though I didn't get engaged until December 8th!), and I've already gotten so many ideas and information about every wedding-related thing I could think of (and some I didn't even know existed!!!).
Where to start...FH and I are a little older than most of you (1st marriage for me; 2nd for him). I'm 34, and Bob is 48. Neither of us have any kids, but we both love my 2 cats! We met on Match.com early last year and had our first date on 2/27/06. We got engaged on 12/8/06 and moved in together on 2/24/07 (We live in Queens). We're going to The Royalton at the Roslyn Country Club TONIGHT (yeah!!!) to book our wedding for October 25, 2008.
I'm sure you're learn lots more about me in the coming months. Thanks again for all your great posts!
And thanks to LIWeddings for this board and all their great events. Bob and I went to the Wedding of the Year, and I went to the Bridal Extravaganza, and they were both sensastional!!! I've told everyone I know about this site. What better advertisement could there be??
