Hey Ladies ~

Just wanted to quickly introduce myself as a newbie to the site. My amazing friend 'Gothbride55' insisted I come here and get some good tips and advice. My wedding is coming up on June 20, 2008 and we're SOOO Excited!! Problem is, i'm draggin my feet and completely procrastinating with everything ~ Silly Me!!

Hope to hear from you guys and make some new friends, I can use all the help I can GET!!

I'm very torn between ideas...i'm going for a very beachy look but on the other hand i'd like it to be romantic.

Flowers are giving me a hard time, I love white roses with maybe a bit of blue for centerpieces but I want to keep it small. On the other hand, I love candles and the room is mostly windows so i'm sure the reflection of the candles would be stunning.

I haven't picked BM dresses yet and favors....don't even get me started. I just feel so undecisive on everything. I just haven't seen anything I really love.

Alot of it has to do with the last few months being really stressful and a close family member was very ill and sadly, passed away 2 weeks ago. I'm bummed.

it can be stressful and youll see that alot of us go through this...i did SO much in the beginning and booked most of my vendors over a year ahead of time...NOW i am the worst procrastinator, i just cant seem to get motivated to finish, and yes unfortunately other things in life get in the way and its hard to focus...somehow these things get done though, and definitely ask your family and friends for help and also your fh to finish with the planning, don't worry it will all work out in the end and somehow we'll get everything done and have beautiful weddings

Welcome and congrats. I am sorry about your loss. Wedding planning is stressful but fun at the same time. Whenever you are unsure of something post pics, get opinions and maybe it will make your decisions easier. All these girls are so helpful andf have some amazing ideas. You will work everything out!
