Hi 2014 Brides! I'm so glad there's more of us on here...when I was looking for venues, some of the people gave me looks when I said I was getting married in 2014! Congratulations everyone...this is so exciting!

Welcome! I've gotten that look at every expo...I'm a total planner so everyone is surprised that I'm planning so early for a 2014 wedding, but technically it's not much time for me between 2013 and my wedding!

what was your price quote for thatched cottage and how many people??? They wont quote me till I go in but I cant in the next few months bc im finishing up class.

We were originally going to do 2013, so when i told my RH we were pushing it back a year they were like WHAT? tried to lower the price for us to keep the 2013 date but I was like that is great but I still need to save up for every other aspect of the wedding like the DJ, Photo/Video, Flowers, limos etc. And so then they understood. But a lot of the people I spoke to were like Oh I love a woman who has things planned and under control lol which having the extra time has def helped do. And at first 2 years seemed so far away but in June its already going to be a year and a half away! This year has flown by so far.
