Does anyone know how to write out the invitation envelope for a married couple in which both are doctors.

example:

Dr. & Dr. John Smith?

Not sure

if their last names are the same - this i am sure of

The Doctors Smith

if not - this one i am almost positive

Dr. John Doe and Dr. Mary Smith
