invitation

Ok so i am working on setting up the settings for our invite. i took paper cut it to size and that is working great. here is where im stumped..
1.) do you guys do a mail merge? this is what i did and it is working got all the addresss but when comes time to print it doesnt line up exactly where i want it. lol. any suggestions. Can somebody tell me what they used. is mail merge not the way to go.

2.) what style font is appropriate? i was using the script bold MT.

3. Keep in mind with size... i ordered stamps from zazzle that are a little larger than normal (vertical 1.5 x 2.5 to be exact.
