Invitation Address ??

If you are inviting a whole family (Including kids) how would you address it...

Mr. & Mrs. XXXX & Family

or

To the XXXX Family

Is F in Family caps????

Mr and Mrs. XXX and Family

Family in caps

I talked to the invitation place this weekend about this.

They told me to write
Mr and Mrs. John Smith,
Joe, Michael and Kate Smith

They told me to list the kids names underneath their parents so no one is confused and starts inviting other people who are not their kids...

Not sure if I agree, but this is just another example.

I addressed them 'The Smith Family' on outter envelope
and then each persons name in Inner envelope!
