invitation addressing question

I have to invite my out of state cousin with her son (they won't be coming but I still need to send an invite).

My cousin has remarried and has a different last name from her son. Is this how I would address the invitation?

1st Line:
Mr. & Mrs. Arthur Smith (my cousin and her hubby)
Next Line:
Robert Jones (my cousin's son)

He's only 12 son I'm not sending him his own invitation.

I'm so confused by this.
