Invitation advice

So I am in LOVE with pocketfold invitations but I know how much they would cost. I don't have a problem with ordering from cardsandpockets.com and DIYing my invites, I'm just confused about designing and printing and need advice as to how exactly I would do that. I sorta don't want to print them myself. I'd prefer a more professional looking print service. I know c&p will print my invites too but that still leaves me with the design dilema. There is an invite on their facebook page that I love but it is a design submitted by a customer and I haven't been able to get any specific info about it nor have I been able to find that design anywhere. Can I bring their paper to a design/print company? That doesn't seem like something a company would do. I'm lost! I ordered and should get a few samples from them tomorrow but I am at a dead end right now and wanted to tackle, among many other things, invitations during this school break.

You have a few options when it comes to DIYing your invitations. There are a lot of websites that you can download templates for for a small fee, like $10, and then you could get them printed at the place you had in mind.

I personally designed my own templates personally and even printed them out on my own printer - using the dimensions of the pocketfolds, I created boxes in Microsoft Word and used text boxes and adobe to put art on it.

Either way, I definitely think it's a great DIY project. If you have any questions feel free to FM :)
