Re: invitation color
Thanks. the ceremony and cocktail hour will be all about christmas so originally i was going to do red. However the reception is silvers and whites and crystals. Thats why I am wondering if silver would be a better choice. Too many decisions....

Re: invitation color
I've gotten silver invitations, they look nice. Red would be a nice touch, maybe if you put the text in red, or just your names in red, or used just a thin red border. Just for a little pop.

Re: invitation color
I don't think it would look like an anniversary card just because of the color.

Go for it,...I just bought white & silver ribbon....not sure what I'll use it for, but I loved the pattern (I do lots of DIY projects for the wedding).

Re: invitation color
i think silver would look really pretty and agree with the other girls that you could probably print the text in burgundy and accent with red glitter and ribbons!

Hey Lisa...it's kathleen...I think silver would be pretty! You can accent it with a colored or patterned ribbon.

Mine are silver and I get tons of compliments on them. I did a silver pocketfold with a light gold and ivory accents.
