I am working on my invites & was planning on sending them out 2 months before & having a response date of 6 weeks before but I just saw a website that said 8 weeks to malil out & 3 weeks for RSVP?
What is everyone doing?

I mailed them out 9 weeks before, and my RSVP date was one month out.

we are mailing out 3 months before. our rsvp date is 1 month before exactly.
we are a summer wedding and want to give people a little more time + not all of our OOT guests received STDs.

Yeah I have a lot of out of town people as well so I wanted to give them time but they did all get save the dates so I guess either way it should be fine. I just didnt know if 6 weeks was inappropriate for a RSVp date??

I am doing it all a little early bc I am getting married on a holiday weekend...
wedding date: July 3 sending out invites: April 21 (5 weeks before rsvp) RSVP date: May 24 (6 weeks til wedding)
The standard ( i think) for a rsvp date is a month before the wedding. I made mine a week earlier. I wanted them back before Memorial day weekend.

I am sending them out two months before and need the RSVP a month before so I can tell the RH. I think what you are doing is fine.

That's a great idea. I'm right after the holiday's so I think I might have to follow your formula.

I mailed mine 10 weeks before, with a due date a month before. its only to give myself more time with our B-List, just incase we got Nos from our A-List

Wedding Date: July 4th
Mailing them out: second week of April
RSVP: May 15th
We are sending them out early because it is a holiday.
