invitation emergency !!!

My reception is starting at 7:30....Do I word it

seven thiry or seven-thirty.

OK, so it's not really an emergency...but I am ordering the invites tonight and I am supposed to write up the sample myself.

SO......dash or no dash ???

half past two in the afternoon
