Can you please share what wording you put on your invitation enclosures, most specifically Direction cards and Accomodation cards. For some reason i'm stumped! Thanks!

We had 2 separate cards made up - one for accomodations and one for directions. here's what they said:
Accommodations A block of rooms has been set aside at a special rate at
the inn at fox hollow woodbury, new york 800.291.8090
Please reference the X/X wedding upon booking. In order to receive the special rate and ensure availability, room reservations must be made prior to September 2nd.
Transportation For guests staying at the hotel, round trip transportation to the wedding will be provided.
Brunch please join the newlyweds for brunch sunday, october 3rd, 9:30 am - 12:00 pm the fox hunt room the inn at fox hollow

From Manhattan - New York City: Take the queens mid-town tunnel to the long island expressway. proceed east on the long island expressway to exit 41n – route 106 North. Follow route 106 North 4.1 miles to route 25a (northern blvd. /N. hempstead turnpike). Turn right onto Route 25A and follow for 0.7 miles. Make a left turn into the Pine Hollow country club. The club is on the north side of route 25a.
From Upstate New York, Connecticut, Bronx: take the bronx-whitestone bridge or the throgs neck bridge to the long island expressway east and follow the directions from above.
From Eastern Long Island: take the long island expressway west to exit 41n or take the northern state parkway west to exit 35n. Follow route 106 North 4.1 miles to route 25a (northern blvd. /N. hempstead turnpike). Turn right onto Route 25A and follow for 0.7 miles. Make a left turn into the Pine Hollow country club. The club is on the north side of route 25a.
