Re: Invitation Envelope Addressing Poll!
im having my invite vendor do them, but if i did DIY like i was originally planning, i would have printed them myself or gotten an etsy calligrapher

Re: Invitation Envelope Addressing Poll!
I had my invitation vendor do it. Her prices were great and they came out beautiful. I did the extras myself. If she didn't do it, I would have done them myself. I know this is not a popular opinion, but I feel labels are too informal and impersonal for a wedding invitation. It's a little more effort to print it right on the envelope, but it looks so much better.

Re: Invitation Envelope Addressing Poll!
Originally I was planning on having someone else do them (like Inkspun.com or through InvitationsbyDawn.com), but when I did a test print at home I found that it really wasnt that hard to do so I did them myself. I like the way they turned out:

ITA. WE did labels for our STD's with a pretty scripty font, but I wouldn't personally do them for my wedding invites... I just want them more formal

I hired a Calligrapher. She was reasonably priced. $1.00 an envelope.

That's less than I was quoted to have them printed by the vendor, nice!

I wanted them to be done by a vendor, but coudln't justify the cost to myself. We printed them ourselves and they look nice.

Were having our invite designer do it. She's doing Edwardian font, which is my faveeeee (we have it on our Channa plaque too) and it looks identical to calligraphy. We personally feel calligraphy is a waste of money. No one will notice or care.
