Invitation envelopes.. DIY addressing

We are addressing our engagement party envelopes. We want to type them out on the computer and print them on each envelope.

Does anyone know of an easy way to do it. I feel like we are going to have type one and print it then do another.

HELP!

I set up a database in Excel and then did a mail merge into Word to print the envelopes. It makes it easy to keep Engagement info, STD info, wedding invite info, etc. in the same place without retyping.
