Invitation error

I just got my invites....and the color was TOTALLY WRONG!!!!

I ordered periwinkle, but got a dark cornflower blue instead. I was so upset I cried

But good news...

We immediately called Rexcraft & the customer service rep pulled a sample of what they sent and she agreed that the ink was too dark and the wrong tone. She also is going to pull one of the samples they sent me to compare the ink so that when they reprint it will be correct.

She is also having them 1 day air-shipped to me, so I should have them by Monday.

& now I have 150 extra envelopes, just in case!

OMG, you scared me! I'm so glad everything worked out. I also ordered Rexcraft invites---I hope the color comes out right. I should be getting them soon.
