Re: Invitation For Coworkers, Stamp or No Stamp On RSVP?
You have to mail out invitations to co-workers just like you would any other guest. And you need to put a stamp on the RSVP. Be proper!

I think they should be mailed. If you don't have a co-worker's address then ask them for it.

Re: Invitation For Coworkers, Stamp or No Stamp On RSVP?
Hi, I read this snippet by the co-founder of theknot.com which I thought I'll share which has gotten me even more confused :(
Q.What is the etiquette about hand-delivering wedding invitations? I wanted to bring some in to my coworkers and to a few friends who live right near my office. Is this proper?
A.Delivering some of your wedding invitations by hand is a fine and acceptable option. However, rather than slipping them into your coworkers' mails slots or onto their desks, make sure it is an actual hand-delivery -- from your hands to theirs. This way, you will get to say a few words to each guest while you present the invitation and, most importantly, it will ensure that the invitation isn't overlooked amidst a bunch of other mail or papers.

You can 'hand deliver' them but the RSVPs need to be stamped unless you plan on them handing them back to you.
I mailed the invitations and stamped the RSVPs. All of them mailed me the RSVPs back. If I did not put a stamp, they would not have handed it to me. They would have put their own stamp and mail it.

mail it out so it doesn't look like an extra laying around and you wanted to invite them....and put a stamp on the rsvp....everyone's should be mailed and everyone's should have the stamps

You should send everything and also put a stamp on all RSVPs.
