INVITATION FREAK OUT-HELP!!!!!

So I've said all along that I wanted to try and make my own invitations since what I want isn't your tradional invite. FH has said no time and time again. So last night we went to this place and the lowest price was $1200. I refuse!!!! to pay that much for paper. Just not happening. So does anyone have an idea on the quality and pricing of ******** P.....???

TIA! I'm freaking out cause I have only 1 month before they need to go out

Oh hun i'm sorry. I wish I could help. My mom's cousin is doing ours so I don't know pricing really. Did you try online? Can you find something close to what you want online? So they are like half DIY. May be cheaper. What exactly are you looking for? I can help you look.

Where did you look to buy paper and what style. I bought paper/cardstock from Paper A nd More ... Really good shipping costs and they are great with customer service... It is pretty much the same paper as Paper Presentation in the city. They also have pocketfolds.

You can order samples as well and they take about 7 days to be delivered.

I ordered paper from here but I say another site that has the paper pre-cut into the layers. What I want is soooo basic so a 3-layered square with a raffia tie around and a small sea shell added...recycled looking.

Its amazing cause all the recycled looking invites last night where double the price

You can contact Katie from Eleven18 Design, she's a vendor on here and another bride recommended her to me. Right now she's making samples for me, from what I've seen her work is really good and her prices are fair. HTH!

I used the lady and they were less than that I had 15 invites with outer envelopes and inner lined envelopes (both fully addressed) and my invite has 2 layers and a ribbon and rhinestone slide and my response envelope has a ribbon.

http://www.rsvptoni.com/invitations - you can check this site...i bought 175 invitations for $600. She does half off calligraphy if you buy the birchcraft invitations through her. Her calligraphy price is 1.00 for outer and .30 for inner...calligraphy is done on computer. The invitations took 2 days to come in. Also, she said the calligraphy takes a weekend..HTH

Ella's Paper!! She's really great to work with and she'll customize or change anything you want. I'm paying $3.55 p/invite including RSVP card, layered backing, printing all addresses on all envelopes.

you can go with a designer, get exactly what you want and spend a bit less. all depends on what you want. layering, embellishments, ribbons etc all add up.

did you try wedding paper divas? i have samples if youre interested. we ended up ordering them just to see their quality and they were great. just not what we were going for!

lmk. i have a FANTASTIC reference if you want to use someone. she will work with any budget!
