So I have been in love with an invitation from Jean M for the longest time and now figuring out all I need to order, the $$$$ is getting to be a little bit pricey.
Did anyone take an example from a website or a catalog, that may have been pricey, and go to a place that had similar, with GOOD quality for less?
Just wondering what's better, websites, catalogs, or in person?!?

I know that (hmpena) Hollie used someone who made knock off Jean M invites...they were gorgeous!

Re: Invitation help...
I ordered a sample and then replicated it myself. It was a lot easier then I thought!! And it cost at least half of what I would have spent

I don't have craft patience I am EASILY frustrated when it comes to things like that because I tend to be a perfectionist (go figure!). I'd probably end up ripping them to shreads

Re: Invitation help...
I found that it was so much better to order my invites in person. Every time I ordered a sample on-line, the quality was definitely NOT what I expected. Many brands have 'cheaper' lines that are still of high quality. I wound up ordering the more expensive William Arthur invites but I know that they had a few other companies under different names.

I liked the Jean M invitations too, I thought they were more trendy then traditional.
I used Belle & Ivy designs you can customize the invitation and use any color combo you want. I am not sure if it is cheaper than Jean M but I found exactly what I wanted!
I feel like ordering them online is cheaper that going to a store.
