I want to send my invites out this week and I have no idea how to print the addresses on the envelope. A friend of mine was supposed to do calligraphy for me but now she is not. So now I have to figure out how to print the addresses on them and I have no clue. FH is useless. Is there a website that I can go to that will give me instructions.

Re: Invitation Help
I'm using clear address labels and printing in a fancy font. Very easy and still pretty.

Re: Invitation Help
open Microsoft Word --> on the top bar, click Tools --> click Letters and Mailing --> Envelopes and Labels --> click options --> choose the size of the envelope --> choose the the alignment --> click the Printing options tab --> click the picture that is right above Face Down --> Ok --> in the delivery address section add the address --> Add to Document --> highlight the text and change the font and size to whatever you want --> print
hope that makes sense.

We are planning on doing the same thing. I feel like I will be cheating, but it will be so much easier.

We did this. Make sure you practice on paper first until you get everything perfect. Otherwise you'll ruin envelopes. Once we had everything set up right, it went pretty smoothly.
Another piece of advice, write down all your settings! I did the envelopes over several days, plus I had a few that my in-laws forgot that I had to do weeks later.

good point. i cut paper to the size of the envelopes first to make sure the alignment was just right.
and before you print you may want to change your paper source to envelope feeder in printer preferences if you're having problems.
but i think this is much easier than labels....once you get it down the firs time, it's really easy, and you dont have to worry if you put it on straight.

Thank you so much for the directions. I want to start working on them as soon as possible.
