Invitation Help

Hi ladies,
I am working on my invitations tonight - addressing and stuffing. Does anyone know what goes on the inside envelope? Are we supposed to write something on them. I mean, I think if it's a friend with a guest I should write 'Maria & Guest' right? But what if it's my aunt and uncle??? Should I write Aunt Maria & Uncle John or just Maria & John or nothing at all. I think I should write something on the envelopes so that everyone understands that we are just inviting them and not their kids, right? Ugh, this is all so confusing! I never know the 'right' thing to do in these cases. HELP!

The right thing to do is write what you actually 'call' the people you are inviting. So if they are Aunt and Uncle then write that. If it is your friend Jennifer who goes by Jenny and you are inviting her with a guest then its Jenny and Guest.

ETA: the insdie envelope should say John and Maria

We put Aunt Jane & Uncle Bob

or the friends name, whatever we call them

If you know 'Jenny's' boyfriend's name it should be Jenny and [Insert Name here]

Outer envelope would have Ms. Jennifer LastName and that's it.

Thanks! One more question - Are you supposed to hand write that or can you run it through the printer?

I put it through my printer and just used the same font that I used for my outer envelopes.
