Invitation Help!!!!!

Can someone bump me the post which discusses the order in which the reception card, reply card and invitation should go before putting in the envelope and mailing out???

Don't know where the thread is, but everything goes in size order -- the largest (invite) at the back with the smaller pieces in size order in front of that.
