Invitation help

I have a kind of weird question I think.
For those of you who ordered invitations tied with a ribbon, was the ribbon tied already when u received it?
I’m dealing with invitationsbydawn.com and they have a very nice invite that both my and FH really like. I’m including a pic. But everything I ask them they seem to not be able to do. I asked them if I could get a sample with diff ink color, they said no. I asked them if I could get a sample of the lined envelop, no again.
But the really important thing for me is not to have to sit and tie all the ribbon myself. A. cuz it’s a waste of time and b. cuz I could never make it look as nice as in the sample I received. Did you have this problem ordering your invites? Or do all invites with ribbons on them come disassembled?
