Re: Invitation Help
i've heard you're not supposed to. i'm not doing inner envelopes so i think i'm going to write '2 seats have been reserved in your name' on their RSVP card to show that a guest is invited

Re: Invitation Help
Crashing......I did outer envelopes only and put '& guest' on the ones that it was applicable to.

Re: Invitation Help
i wasnt planning on doing inner envelopes...but do plan on putting 'and guest' on the outside. IMO it really doesnt matter where its located as long as people know if they can or cant bring guests

Re: Invitation Help
what we did for those people that we are inviting with guest is on the outer envelope, we just addressed it to the person and then on the RSVP card we wrote in that 2 seats have been reserved for him/her. That way they know that they are allowed to bring a date. I originally was going to put 'and Guest' on the envelope but just didn't like the way it looked.

Re: Invitation Help
I'm not doing an inner envelope and I'm gonna write and guest on only those that apply. And also doing the there are so many seats reserved in your name... I think it's all preference

this!
the girl who did my STDs said you can put & guest on the envelope
I think it looks fine...she addressed an STD that way by accident(my fault) and it looked fine
