Invitation help please

hey everyone..

I was wondering how much I should be paying for invitations...I looked at mygatsby.com and I loved the invite they have but it is like $650 for 120 invites..thats alot right ..any alternatives??

its on the higher end...you can find les...but my motto was if you love it...get it...

true alot of people will tell you that the invites just get thrown away...but they are the first thing guests see from your wedding...you will also have it as a keepsake...

I spent a lot on my invitations because I had them custom made and I didn't see anything I really liked or thought was unique. I agree with Yabbobay that it's the first thing people see of your wedding and it really sets the tone. Also keep in mind that response cards, reception cards, etc. are additional costs.

It really depends on what you're looking for..

Invites were important for me.. I wanted to give people a little insight on what the actual wedding was going to be like.. and I wanted something unique and something that would get people talking and getting excited about the big day..
