invitation help repost

Im trying to order my invites right now but im stuck on response card wording and what sounds right. This is what i have right now...

Reception
following the ceremony
Please reply by February 29, 2008
M
Able to attend
Unable to attend

Should I change anything??

At the bottom you could put the number attending -
_______ people attending
or
_______ guests attending

something like that
