I got mine from mygatsby.com. They were great and their site is very detailed. They explain the difference between a lot of the different styles like thermography, etc. FM me if you have any questions.

I second that! I was absolutely clueless, and mygatsby.com was really easy to follow. And you can basically put an invitation together exactly how you want it. - lots of options

I haven't started the invitations yet. It may sound odd but I know that Party City has a huge selection and they're not very expensive.

My invitations have raised lettering not sure what it is called and they are on the thick side. I looked at a buch of local shops and ended up getting my invites on ebay for like half the price of any place locally and I got them in less than 2 weeks.

We purchased ours from Jean M. They have a web site. You can create your own wedding invitation with the selection of colors they have. They also have live customer service on the web site. So, if you have any questions on the computer you can speak to them on the computer. You can also request their catalog. Order via mail, computer, and or phone. We got alot of our wedding this and that from them. They are excellent.
