ABSOLUTELY!!! I have pocketfolds, that do not have an inner envelope. I ponder this for MONTHS, what was I going to do! Then I decided, I wrote the names on the seal that sealed the pocketfold.
By the looks fo this seal, you may not have that exact option, but you can most defiantely put the names just below or just above the seal on the jacket!

We did not use inner envelopes with the pocketfolds.

I would put the names on the jacket itself, just above the seal. WIll post pic of mine, though I was able to put the names on the seal.
ETA: Will have to post pic later, camera battery needs charging

I know this isnt the same, But i was told by a woman... to put a little number on the back corner of the responce cards, this way its easier to keep track of who responded, and for those who dont fill in there names, you know who it is. I thought it was a great idea HTH
