Do people ever typically use the initial of the Groom's last name as the monogram on the invitation rather than the Bride's & Groom's first names??
I like the simplicity of the one letter, but is it weird, because we're not married yet, so it's not my last name yet?

Re: Invitation Monogram Question
Nope, not at all. I've seen plenty of times where the Grooms/your new last name is the monogram. Go for it if that is what u like.

Re: Invitation Monogram Question
We did the monogram for our invitations. It is the reason people are getting the invitation to see you become the new Mr. and Mrs.
I'm all for it

Re: Invitation Monogram Question
not going to lie, i think its weird for the invitations. i am all for momgrammed things the day of the wedding, like cake toppers, but i think its weird on the invitations for the reason you stated, you are not married yet.

Re: Invitation Monogram Question
I had the same exact feeling as you! We are going with both of our first initials at the top of the invitation.
