Invitation Nightmare! HELP!!

So, to make a long soty short - my invitations went out in the mail last week. My girlfriend FORGOT to put the reception card in 40 of them - yes 40! So people keep calling and asking what time the reception is! So now, I need to mail out the reception cards, but I want to write a little note to put with them - something catchy like - 'Looking for this?' but I need some sugestions. Help me fix this embarassing nightmare!

I would write something like:

these reception cards were mistakenly left out. sorry for the inconvenience. and then I would photo copy it 40x.

maybe you can go to Staples and buy colored paper to make it look a little nicer and cut them into a square

I actually like the 'looking for this?' note...depending on who they were meant for...close friends or fun relatives will get a kick out of it!!
