I was wondering where everyone got their invites and how much they paid if you don't mind me asking. I went and looked today and got a quote for $1874 for 125 invites and I feel as though it is a little too expensive!! Thanks so much

JMO, that is ridiculous. I went this week and got a quote for beautiful invites for $4 a piece (including RSVP and envelopes). Check notfromabox.com, Heather is so helpful. Party City has soooooooooooo many choices too. FM me for any other info.

That price is insane. You can go to any party staore and spend 1/4 of that. We are spending less then $400

check out notfromabox.com they have invites on there priced at about $3-5 each so if you need 150 it would be under $1,000

thats ridiculous i wouldnt pay that much for something people most people just throw away.....im making my invites and i paid about 65.00 for everything i needed....but i would take the other girls advice and try someplace like party city........gl

We spent a little more on our invites because we fell in love w/ them...we're also inviting 325 guests!. We ordered ours from Encore Studios and paid $1400 for 165 invites.

we got ours (which i think are just so nice) for $13 at AC Moore (that was with a 50% off coupon .. can't beat that ....
BTW that was for 50 invites & 50 response cards plus 50 envelopes for each ...

Wow that is a lot of money!
Got mine at Ann's Wedding www.annswedding.com They have a lot of invites at excellent prices! Mine were $130 for 100 invites.

We paid just under $800 for 115 invites, + reponse cards + extra card for each invite for the day after party. This also inlcuded printed directions to hotel and church. They also printed our names on each envelope and all the guest addresses.
We wanted pocketfold and got quote 1200 for a place near us-- then tonimike recommended Stephita to me and we fell in love with the invites!

That is way, way too much money! We just ordered our invitation from www.invitationsbydawn.com we got 125 Invitation, 125 Envelopes with Printed Return Address, 125 Reception Card, 125 Respond Card and Respond Envelopes For under 300. Check them out they have over 100 invitations on there.

oh, your quote was for letterpress invites, right? yeah, they are really pricey... HOWEVER..... while in the US a package (125 invites + RSVPs + insert with directions) costs almost 2k, if you get them from marsville press in canada (www.marsville.com), you'll spend only about $750!!!!
We got ours delivered a couple weeks ago, and they look gorgeous!
I cannot tell you how happy I was to find that website....

OMG that is alot ..let me guess the have a store in o'side?....i have been working with diane from pippyssweet she is great not sure on a quote yet but no were near the price you got....

I was going to get these GORGEOUS invites... but at 5/per they were too much for me... and I don't even need that many. So the amount you are talking about is TOTALLY outside my budget!!!!
I will be getting very simple and inexpensive invites... and probably spending a small fortune on a calligrapher to address them.
