invitation question
My fiancee goes by the name AJ. We NEVER use his given name at all. Is it inappropriate to put AJ on the invitations? How about the ceremony?-Ally

Re: invitation question
i am in the same boat - my FI is RJ - never use his real name - but we are having a real formal invite - so that will have both first, and middle- it is more normal for me to see first and middle togetherbut for save the dates and engagement invites we are using RJ

Re: invitation question
Traditionally, on a formal invitation you would use his given name. That said, you should do what feels right to you, esp. if the invites are more casual!

Just saw Shannen's post -- sounds like an excellent compromise.
