Is there supposed to be an inner envelope b/c I don't think mine came with them....also, do you write 'and guest' on the outer envelope?

I asked this question not too long ago, too. My invites don't come with an inside envelope. For my guests who I am inviting with a guest who are not in relationships, I am wrting 'and Guest' on the outside envelope addressed to them.
