Invitation Question?

Has anyone heard of a place called Lion in the Sun in Huntington?

Also, how long before the wedding should you start looking at/order your invites?

I have not heard of that place, but my mom told me that invites have to be out about 8 weeks before the wedding, so I a few weeks before that I am going to go looking. But I am getting ideas now anyway

Yes I have heard of them. I have heard they are really really great but a little pricey.

I ordered my invitations 5 months in advance but that was b/c they were a special kind and were going to take a month to be shipped to me. My sil ordered hers and had them 2 weeks later - I think this is more the norm.

Plus you want to give yourself time to have them addressed.. or do it yourself, without rushing to get them out in time!

Just be sure to double check the start time at your church and reception!! I have seen a few stories on LIW where the church or reception hall had to move things up/push it back and invitations were printed with the wrong info!

I have heard of lion in the sun. they are very helpful and have a great selection.

I got my std's from papier in huntington. It's a smaller store, but pretty much the same as lion.

FM me if you have any ?
