Invitation question...

Do most post offices let you hand cancel your invitations yourself? I'm anal and I don't know if I trust the postal workers to do it...

our post office wouldn't let us---we went to the 24 hour one in downtown chicago. they did it. but ny might be different.

Not sure if they let you do it yourself...but I think you can ask them if they can do it in front of you...I think

I would go to a small post office that is not so busy. This way you have a better chance of the hand stamping them.

I was not able to do it myself - but they did them right in front of me. I think someone told me the Babylon Post Office lets you do it.
