Invitation Question

Do you write the address of the church on the invite?

Re: Invitation Question

we are getting married at the reception site, but we wrote it like this on our invite:

The Club at The Metropolitan
Glen Cove, New York

No street address on the invite. maybe you can include it on a direction card?

Re: Invitation Question

Thanks! So far, the name of the church and city, state are listed. I was just wondering where the address is listed.

Re: Invitation Question

I guess it is a matter of preference here? I am still unsure what to do.

Re: Invitation Question

We did
Name of Temple
City, New York

The actual address and temple phone number went on the direction card.

Re: Invitation Question

I didn't but I don't think it matters. I figured the address was on the direction cards so I didn't print it again.

Re: Invitation Question

It also depends on how many words/lines you have on your invitation. I had a lot of lines so I figured I skip a few words by eliminating the church address. I decided instead to do a direction card and put the church address on that.
