Invitation question

I am wondering, which item do you absolutely need to order with the invites? I am assuming you need response cards and envelopes and the reception card. Are these the only absolutely NECESSARY things?

HELP!

Re: Invitation question

well think about it...you need

1) invitation -- people gotta know what's going on and where

2) reception card (IF you are marrying in church, and the reception is being held else where)

3)response card w/envelope - people gotta RSVP

that is all that is necessary for ORDERING invites

if your hall/church does not provide direction cards...you may want to make some up and include them with your invitation order

those the things necessary.

the return address on the back flap of the invitation envelope is pretty common--to make sure any invites don't get lost in the mail, and guarantee they come back to you.

Don't forget directions to the RH if your ceremony is somewhere else. If your making them up yourself you could make the directions from the ceremony to the RH.

Re: Invitation question

We ordered invitations, response cards and reception card, but I you could put the reception card info on the bottom of the invite
'Reception at __pm at ________' if you wanted to cut corners, since our reception cards didnt really say much.
