Invitation Question-

Invitation Question-

If I'm getting married July 14 of this year when do I send out invitations?

I was told by the invitation people no earlier than 10 weeks in advance-I am going to send mine out around April 15th for my 6/24 wedding.

I got married last year on June 10 and sent mine out early April.

You can wait until early May.

8 weeks prior ...anything earlier than that is a bit too early IMO...If I was a guest and got an invite more than 2 months before the wedding, I'd be more likely to stick the invitation away in the 'deal with later' pile and probably end up responding later than I would if I got it closer to the date...

I agree, no more than 8 weeks, so then send out middle of may...honestly if i received a wedding invite too far in advance i would lose it way before the wedding lol
