Ok... I just got off the phone with my mom and i'm a little aggitated lol. We are having our invitations worded the traditional way with 'mr & mrs brides parents request the honour...' etc..... so... since I just moved I was going to have the responses come to my house instead of my parents house. Is that not correct? I didn't think it was a big deal... and now she has me thinking that its not correct to have the response sent to me if my parents are technically 'inviting' the people.
What do you girls think????????

Re: Invitation question
My parents are paying for most of the wedding and FH parents are paying very little but we included both their names on invitation and having responses sent to us since my parents live in Florida and FIL's live 25 miles away.

Re: Invitation question
My parents and the FILs and FH and I are all paying for the wedding, but the responses are going to FMIL. My parents live in VA and my mail is unreliable () so having them go to her seemed the safest route.
