My FH's parents are divorced but his mom kept her married name. I've been told that according to etiquitte, his parents names should be listed one on top of the other without using the word 'and'. Does anyone know if this is correct? How does this invite look? TIA!
i think the invite looks beautiful.. is it pippy's sweets? as for the parents names, i had never heard the rule of not putting 'and' between their names... i kind of think having them on separate lines conveys the message that they are separated, even if you did have the 'and' in there. Do they have different last names? If so then I'd think it's definitely fine either way

Re: INVITATION QUESTION
I wont lie, I have no idea...but really I dont see a difference between there being the 'and' in there or not-even if they have the same last name.
Do a search on invitation wording, that may help

Re: INVITATION QUESTION
I believe 'and' is acceptable. My cousin's parents were divorced and in her invitations, the parent's names were seperated by the 'and'
