Also...........
When I order them, am I supposed to be sending them the list of names and address'? Do they pre-print? HELP!!!!!!!!
One more.........

reception card, unless you are getting married at the RH and will be on the main invite otherwise if its a church the church and time is on the main invite and then do a separate reception card. Also many order direction cards from invite company or you can just get the direction cards from your RH. Also some do accomodations inserts too for the hotel blocks

depends on if the invitation company is going to address them for you, if so then yes you'll need to send them names and addresses of all your guests. Most likely they will ask for it on an excel spreadsheet

that wont work actually bc if you buy postage in may and lets say its .41 cents, yeah you can buy it before rates go up but when you mail them out after that, they will return it for not enough postage on the envelopes. When you send it has to be with the stamps that is the current rate when you send. Or are you planning on sending that early?

then you have the directions and accomodations already so that is perfect. Yeah just a reception card with the time and place is the only other thing you'll need. No problem

Re: Invitation question

I cannot believe the postage hike AGAIN! Even if it is a penny. They should do this every few years or so. Not every few months. Wasn't it just a few months ago that they were 39 cents? And another thing that kills me that if we wind up getting the invitations we want (they're in my folder), then it's even MORE postage because of the 'special size.'

well you wouldnt get a regular stamp. If your invites lets say after the weigh is .58 cents which is average for wedding invites then you get 1 stamp that is .58 stamps they have them especially for weddings and stuff.

Do you also have them in a box? if so what are the dimensions of your box. I know an 07 bride did boxed invites last year and heres were $2 per box in postage but she also had this very thick book like cardstock as the main big cardstock and then the other layers on top of that

are your invitations one of the 2 in your album? if so then i wouldnt worry, it will probably be .58 cents or the next one up which i think might be .64 i forgot

oh thats fine, yours should be regular wedding postage

I meant mine will come in a box. I will have the invite and then put that along with everything else inside of a box and the guests will receive the box not the invite in an envelope

here is a pic, if you look youll see they are inside of a box

and this is what the outside looks like to give an idea
