Am I really behind on things, I haven't begun to shop for invitations, yet, I figured I had lots of time, the wedding is 8 months from today, and I'm realizing so many people have their proofs already, and I know who I'm using, but should I be going SOON, or should I have gone already?!?!? I'm so confused!!!

I would go soon if I was you because they could take time coming in. And, once they come in you might have to put them together or address or whatever. Plus, they get send out 2-3 months before the wedding as well.

i think you have plenty of time. i started looking in the summer (like july) and ordered them in september - it took me a long time to find something i liked.

i'm doing my own making my own pocket folds and all so i started them .... i'm waiting on the paper for the pocket folds and they will take time to make. I figure as long as I'm totally done by march with them i'll be happy
you do have a bit of time yet don't go crazy but since your June i would order them or have them good to go no later than febuary

With eight months to go, I think you have a bit of time. I started looking at eight months but that's just because I was getting antsy. I think 4 or 5 months is enough time, depending on where you're ordering from.

oh dont worry i went about 5 months before. They came very quickly as well. I mean within 3 weeks. so its great! No worries
