invitation question

I have 7 or 8 cousins in their 20s (range in age from 20-27) who still live at home with their respective parents/my aunts and uncles (two are juniors at Iona College and John Jay respectively, so they don't always live at home). Do I still send each of them an individual invitation?

And naturally, I only invite them with a guest if they're in a relationship, correct?

Re: invitation question

I would think the invite would go to
xxxx family.
rather than each individual person. but if they didnt live at home then they should get a personal invite.

oh and yes to the guest for each one with a significant other.

So. . .only send them an individual invite if they have a significant other? Otherwise, send it to the house as 'Mr. & Mrs. Jim Jones and Family'?

i would send them each one..anyone over 18 im sending one alone...as for a guest i dont know what the rule is but unless married, engaged or in a serious relationship im not putting and guest...im not rich ..the only exception i would make is if a friend asked me if they could bring somene then i would add it hth

the rule i'm going by is:

if they're over 18, even if still at home, they get their own invite. and if they're family and have a lot of family coming, you don't have to add '& guest'... only if they're with someone for over 6 months, etc. that's what a planner told me anyway.

Yes, every person over 18, regardless if they are living in a household with parents, gets their own invitation.

As for their guests, it's up to you -- traditionally, they only bring a guest if they're in a serious relationship. We, on the other hand, only have a few single guests so we're extending the invite to their guests as well.

This is exactly what I would do!
