is it inappropriate not to invite your boss? i have one manager whom i rarely see. one asst manager who just started working and one asst manager who is also relatively new but i see most. i work nights @ a hospital and rarely see the manager. i'm only inviting coworkers i see outside of the hospital bc there are so many... is that ok?
I am deliberately keeping my wedding small so I am not inviting my boss or any co-workers..I'm just keeping it limited to close family and friends.
It's your wedding, so if that is your choice, that's fine. I am not inviting any co-workers, managers, nothing! Leave out that I had a baby shower in March 09, invited my entire office of 3 coworkers and 1 supervisor and none showed up or even gave me a card. I prefer to keep my first, and hopefully last, wedding personal and intimate, with close friends and family.
