Invitation Question

Invitation Question

I found invitations on etsy that I love, but they do not include reception cards. Is it awful to list the ceremony and reception on the invitation? The difference in price would be about 150. TIA

Is the $150 breaking the bank? I don't know if you could do it and make it match on your own for much less than that

Re: Invitation Question

I agree that you probably can't make it match them for much less than $150.

But, if your ceremony is at your RH then problem solved because you can just put 'reception to follow' (which was already suggested) - that is what I will be doing.

by the way, when I looked at your profile to see if it said where your ceremony was as opposed to your RH, I saw your engagement pictures - they are AWESOME!

Re: Invitation Question

My ceremony is at a different location. The 150 wont really break the bank, but the invites would cost me close to 500 with that add'l 150, which i don't want to spend.

i think it's totally fine, that's what I plan on doing.

Here's an example.

Just says 'Reception to Follow' Name of place and time.

I think you can put it all on the invitation

I've never seen it done. But I don't think it would look bad in u add it to ur invitation, just makes sure to have enough space so it doesn't look as u try to everything together

I also ordered my invites off of etsy. Check out

she is surprisingly inexpensive, and because of that, I was able to get table numbers, place cards, and return address labels all in the same theme.
