How long do they generally take to be made? I haven't even really started looking yet for a nov wedding do I have time or should I get on that ASAP?

I think it depends on where you get them. Mine are taking a few weeks for the proof to be ready...and then a few more weeks to get printed. I ordered my like 2 or 3 weeks ago for an Oct wedding. So I think you have some time. My friend is getting married in Sept, and hasnt ordered jack yet. Do it soon so it can be another thing you can check off of your list of To Do's

depends on what your looking for. if you want them custom made i would suggest to start looking ASAP. if your going to make them youself, start looking too because you want to give yourself some time to play around with them.
If your going to buy them, every company is different, but i would still start looking to give yourself a time frame.

Exactly. And just a little tip....after I ordered my custom made invitations I went to Michaels and realized that they have a lovely selection of invitations and I probably could have saved a chunk of money had I went there first and done them myself. I love the invites I have now, but in order to save some money I probably would have done them myself had I known.
