This is probably a really stupid question, but how are you delivering invitations to your boss and co-workers? Are you mailing them?Or, hand delivering them?

I mailed them, except for one guy, who asked that I just hand it to him (he's old and his daughter takes care of all his personal stuff, and he didn't want it to get lost or misplaced)

Mail them, mail the thank you cards too when the time comes. I think it's tacky to just hand them out or send them inter-office mail
