Whats the right way of writing 11:30 in the morning?

eleven-thirty o'clock in the morning
eleven thirty in the morning
half past eleven in the morning


gaaa please help

also if i have a max of 150 how many invitations do I order? is 110 enough or too much?FH's side is all couples and my side has couples and singles.
